1. Personal data policy
1.1 The object of our personal data policy is to explain how we collect, protect, use and store your personal information.
1.1.1 What information does Minus collect about you?
We collect your first name and surname, postal code and city, address, e-mail, phone number and your order history.
We only use your personal information to grant you access to the products provided on en.minus.dk and to execute any orders you may place with us.
As we are required to meet the accounting legislation, we store your billing information for a period of five years from your latest order.
If you subscribe to receive our newsletter, you accept our personal data policy.
remember that you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
1.1.2 How does Minus protect your information?
We respect your privacy and we take it very seriously, which is why we make various efforts to ensure your information, one of which is to store it on secure networks.
We are further not able to see your payment card information, as all data are encrypted and the transactions are conducted through certified partners.
1.1.3 Does Minus share your information with others?
The information you share with us is treated confidentially.
Though, we ask you to note that we share some of your personal information with relevant third parties.
To deliver your package, we provide our courier with the necessary details, hereunder your first name, surname, postal code, city, address, e-mail address and your phone number.
1.1.4 What does Minus use your e-mail and phone number for?
We use your e-mail to send you a confirmation of your order and if you have signed up to receive our newsletter, you will also receive this on the e-mail address you have provided us with.
If you have chosen to pick up your package at one of GLS’ parcel shops, GLS will send you an e-mail and a text message when your package has arrived.
If you want to make a purchase on www.minus.dk, you can create an account, but you are not obliged to do so, to make an order.
If you want to register and create an account, your username is your e-mail address. Your password is one chosen freely by you. We have no knowledge of your personal password.
If you forget your password and request a new one, you will receive an automatically generated password on the e-mail address you have registered. You are, hereafter, able to change the password to one of your own preference.
Should you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Minus A/S account, please inform us immediately after you notice any unapproved use.
Upon your request, you can also get the information we have about you and if you have any questions or comments to our personal data policy, please feel free to send us an e-mail.
And remember, you are always free to change or delete your account details, as well as you can always write an e-mail to us and we will help you.
If you wish, you can easily erase cookies from your computer or mobile device.
However, please note that if you choose to disable cookies, you will not be able to take advantage of all features on our website.
1.3.1 What kind of cookies does Minus use?
We use third-party cookies from google, which means that when you visit www.minus.dk, a cookie is placed in your browser on your device. This kind of cookie can be categorised as a “performance cookie”.
We also use “strictly necessary cookies”. These cookies enable you to move around the website and use features, such as e-billing or viewing the shopping basket. Without these cookies, some services, like the above, cannot be provided.
1.3.2 What can you do if you do not want to accept cookies?
Your browser has settings that allow you to control how you browse websites, including how you manage your cookies. For instructions on how to handle or delete cookies, please look under "help" in your browser.
You can choose to disable cookies or to receive a notification each time a new cookie is sent to your computer, tablet or mobile device.

While we do our best to make sure that our products are in high quality, if you find any errors or defects related to your item, please send us a notification along with a photo of the defect to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of retrieval and we will guide you through the process.
When you have returned your product and we have received it, we will assess if the claim is justified or whether the defect is caused by self-infliction, is a result of faulty use or of other damaging behaviour.
We will, hereafter, refund the money for the purchase. The amount refunded to you is based on our assessment of the claim.
You will receive the money no later than 14 days after we have received the product.
We do not offer exchanges but you can, separately to this return, place a new order with the desired items.
