In some countries you only have 1 of the following delivery options:

If you order before 12 midday, we will ship your order the same day.
 
From dispatch, you can expect to receive your order within approximately:

Denmark: 1-2 workdays

Other countries: 2-5 workdays

We define working days as monday to friday, but exclusive of holidays. During sales, the delivery time may be longer.
 
On your invoice, there is a track and trace number that you can use to track your package with. You can view the status of your package on www.gls-group.eu.
 
We only show products that are in stock, but should we for some reason not be able to deliver your product or should the product be delayed for other reasons, we will let you know as soon as possible. 

Shipping costs

Shipping to delivery adresses in Denmark is free (Greenland and the Faroe Islands excluded). Shipping costs to all other countries are free above €75 and otherwise calculated in relation to which country is sent to and will be calculated BEFORE your final order confirmation.

NOTE: SHIPPING to NORWAY

Minus A/S holds all costs associated with customs clearance of goods shipped to Norway. Thus, no additional costs will occure other than shipping costs.

NOTE: SHIPPING to the UK

Due to the UK's withdrawal from the EU, we are unfortunately no longer able to ship goods to the UK.

2. Returns

When returning an item, you will have to pay the shipping costs yourself. The item must be returned in original packaging, in the same condition as on receipt and the hang tag must not be cut off. The item must not be characterized by being used other than to determine whether size and fit are as expected. Any fragrance traces from perfume, makeup smear etc. will cause a significant deterioration in the value of the goods upon return which will be deducted the amount refunded.

To return an item, you must inform us within 30 days after you have received your product. Refusal to receive a package upon arrival is not qualified as a rightfully return and we reserve the right to charge you an amount to cover any additional costs that we may have in regards to your withdrawal.
 
We must receive your product no later than 30 days. If the deadline, however, is a public holiday, a saturday or a sunday, the new date will be the following working day.

We offer extended returns on Christmas presents, which can be returned until 31st January the following year.
 
When you return your package to us, you must fill out and include the return form that came with your package. If you need a new return form, you can click here and download a new return form.
