 1. General information

The Minus brand and the web shop minus-fashion.com (en.minus.dk) are owned and operated by Redefined Fashion A/S, which is the data controller for the concerning brand and webshop. Redefined Fashion is registered in Denmark at the following address:

When you become a user or make a purchase on minus-fashion.com (en.minus.dk), you accept the following terms and conditions.


2. Placing an order

To make a purchase on minus-fashion.com (en.minus.dk), you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid payment card that we accept. If you are not 18 years old, you can still make a purchase, but you must be granted permission from a parent or a legal guardian.

Based on the above: If you are under the age of 18 and you make a purchase without permission from a parent or a legal guardian, Redefined Fashion disclaims all responsibility.

When you place an order at minus-fashion.com (en.minus.dk), you submit some basic information, including your name, billing address, delivery address, e-mail address and phone number. Redefined Fashion A/S stores your information in accordance with our Cookie- & personal data policy, as stated below in paragraph 10.

Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

When we have accepted your order, you will receive an invoice on your e-mail, which constitutes a binding agreement between you and Minus | Redefined Fashion.

For your information: The order confirmation is not an invoice and the purchase is not final before you have received an invoice from us.

Please check your spam folder to ensure that our mail has not been filtered.  

3. Prices & payment

When shopping at minus-fashion.com (en.minus.dk) you will get information about the total price including delivery costs before you reach the final order confirmation. 

All prices indicated on minus-fashion.com (en.minus.dk) are inclusive Danish VAT, which is currently 25 %. 

We reserve the right to change prices without notification due to increased costs or as a result of a general development in retail prices.

We accept the following payment solutions: MobilePay, Dankort, Visa-dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard.

We cannot view your credit card information, as all your account details are encrypted and transmitted through a secure payment method. We use Nets as our certified partner and QuickPay as our payment gateway.

Your card will be debited once we have shipped your order from our warehouse.


4. Delivery 

We primarily use GLS and Post Nord as couriers to ship your parcel.

In some countries you only have 1 of the following delivery options:

  • Delivery to your private address
  • Delivery to your workplace
  • Pick up at a parcel shop near you 

If you order before 12 o’ clock midday, we will by default ship your order the same day. However, extra delivery time may occur during busy periods.
Once your order has been shipped, you can expect to receive it within approx.:

Denmark: 1-3 workdays
Other countries: 3-5 workdays

We define working days as Monday to Friday, except for holidays. During sales, the delivery time may be longer.
On your invoice, there is a track and trace number that you can use to track your package with. You can view the status at www.gls-group.eu.
We only show products that are in stock. Should we for some reason not be able to deliver your order or should your order be delayed for other reasons, we will let you know as soon as possible. 

4.1 Shipping costs for Denmark

Shipping to delivery addresses in Denmark is free, excluding certain delivery options

4.2 International shipping costs

Shipping costs to all other countries are free above purchases of €75. They are otherwise calculated individually and will be calculated BEFORE your final order confirmation.

4.3 Notice: regarding shipping to Norway

Minus | Redefined Fashion holds all costs associated with customs clearance of goods shipped to Norway. Thus, no additional costs will occur other than shipping costs.

4.4 Notice: regarding shipping to the UK

Due to the UK's withdrawal from the EU, we are unfortunately no longer able to ship goods to the UK.

 4.5 Notice: regarding shipping to Greenland and the Faroe Islands

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to ship goods to Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

 4.6 Notice: regarding shipping to Switzerland.

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to ship goods to Switzerland.


5. Returns

To return an item, you must return it within 30 days of receiving the product. If the deadline, however, is a public holiday, a Saturday or a Sunday, the new date will be the following working day. We offer extended returns on Christmas presents, which can be returned until the 31st of January the following year.

The item must be returned in original packaging, in the same condition as upon receipt and the hang tag must not be cut off. The item must not be characterized by being used, other than to determine whether size and fit are as expected. Any fragrance traces from perfume, makeup smear etc. will cause a significant deterioration in the value of the goods upon return, which will be deducted the amount refunded.

Refusal to receive a package upon arrival is not qualified as a rightfully return and we reserve the right to charge you an amount, to cover any additional costs that we may have incurred, regarding your withdrawal.

When you return your package to us, you must fill out and include the return form that came with your package. If you need a new return form, you can click here and download a new return form.

Please note that once you have returned your parcel, it may take up to 14 days for us to process your return and refund the amount corresponding to your order. Remember to get a receipt for handing in the return package.

5.1 Exchanges

Note that no items can be exchanged to other products. However, all items may be returned with a refund. Any exchange must happen by placing a new order after returning.

5.2 Return costs

When returning an item internationally, the return costs are borne by the customer themselves. Choose a shipping company that ships to Denmark - we recommend GLS. Remember to save the receipt/tracking number you receive by the shipping company.


6. Your rights as a customer

According to Danish law, you are covered by a legal two-year manufacturing guarantee.

If you wish to make a complaint, you must do so within a reasonable time frame and at least within two months from noticing the flaw.

If your complaint regards a defect in a product, we advise you to contact us at customerservice@minus.dk as soon as you have found the defect, to shorten the processing time for your claim. 

If we assess the claim to be justified, we will refund any cost you may incur when returning the item.

If we do not assess the claim to be justified, the shipping costs are at your own expense.

The responsibility for the package lies with you until we have received the item. We therefore recommend sending the item safely, as well as getting a receipt for the shipment and saving it. If possible: we recommend getting a track-and-trace number.

When you send your package back to us, you must fill out and include the return note that came with your package. If you need a new return form, you can click here and download a new return form.


7. Information on complaint possibilities

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk

The European Commission's online complaints portal can also be used to lodge a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints are submitted here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr When submitting a complaint, you must state our e-mail address: customerservice@minus.dk.


8. Disclaimer of liability

Minus | Redefined Fashion A/S does not make any warranties regarding the accuracy of the information on the website and has no liability if products are sold out. With that said, we do, naturally, attempt to keep the content and material on the website correct, up to date and in compliance with respective laws. If you find any information to be incorrect, you are always welcome to contact us. 

Furthermore, we reserve the right to change the content on the website at any time and we are not responsible for notifying you. As such, we suggest you revise our terms and conditions when you use our site. 

Minus | Redefined Fashion A/S is also not liable for any loss or damage in connection with the use of the website.
